Join us for this CPD webinar which aims to raise understanding of what leadership means in healthcare, recognise how you already lead in your role, and explore different leadership styles. Suitable for all roles in the nursing team.
This webinar is suitable for all members of the nursing team: registered nurses, Health Care Support Workers/ Health Care Assistants, and pre-reg. nursing students working in the NHS or Independent Health & Social Care Sector. This event is hosted by RCN Wales, but you do not need to be based in Wales to join us!

- Recognise how you already lead in your role
- Explore different leadership styles
- Develop self-awareness and reflect on how you lead others
- Understand the importance of emotional intelligence
- Strengthen your leadership practice
This webinar can be used as participatory learning for NMC revalidation

Cancellations received BEFORE 5PM TUESDAY 19 JANUARY 2027 will be refunded, minus a 25% administration fee. Regrettably, no refunds can be processed after this date. Places can only be substituted with the prior knowledge and agreement of RCN Events.
This event will take place virtually via a Microsoft Teams meeting. You do not need to have a Teams account to view the meeting, the internet browser on any internet enabled device should work - you can view the event via a web browser, (recommended on desktop or laptop for full functionality) and on a phone or tablet you also have the option of downloading the free Microsoft Teams app. You will be sent a confirmation email once you have booked your place, and the link to join the event 48 - 24 hours before the event start time.
